AI replies to Google reviews: answer every review, in your voice
Replying to reviews shows future customers you care, but it's easy to fall behind. AI drafts a thoughtful reply to every review, and the tricky ones come to you before anything is posted.
Why replies matter
When someone compares local businesses on Google, they read the reviews and the owner's replies. A thank-you on a five-star review shows you're paying attention. A calm, helpful reply to a complaint can matter even more, because it shows the next customer how you handle problems.
Most owners mean to reply and then don't. Reviews pile up, the old ones feel too late to answer, and the profile looks unattended. AI keeps you current without adding another task to your evening.
How it works
- A new review comes in on your Google Business Profile.
- The AI drafts a reply in your voice, mentioning the specifics the customer wrote about, never a copy-paste template.
- Positive reviews can be posted automatically, or sent to you for a quick approval, whichever you prefer.
- Negative or mixed reviews always come to you first, with a suggested reply and a note on what the customer seems upset about.
- Your monthly report shows every review and reply.
What the replies look like
Review: "Marco was on time, explained everything and fixed our leak fast."
Reply: "Thanks so much! We'll pass your kind words on to Marco. Glad we could get that leak fixed quickly, and we're here whenever you need us."
Review: "Job was fine but they showed up two hours late."
Suggested reply: "We're sorry we kept you waiting, and thank you for telling us. That's not the experience we want for anyone. Please call us so we can make it right."
These are examples; your replies use your business's tone and details.
The rules we follow
- No personal details about the customer or the job beyond what they wrote themselves.
- No arguing in public. Complaints get an apology and an offer to talk, never a debate.
- No fake reviews, ever. We reply to real reviews; we never write reviews or pay for them.
- Your approval on anything sensitive. You decide what posts automatically and what waits for you.
Connecting your profile
With your permission, we connect to your Google Business Profile so replies can be posted for you. If you'd rather keep posting yourself, you get ready-to-paste drafts instead. We confirm the setup during the free audit. This pairs naturally with review requests, which bring in the reviews in the first place.
Review reply questions
Will the replies sound robotic?
No. Each reply is written for that review, in your tone, and mentions what the customer actually said. You can adjust the style anytime.
What happens with bad reviews?
They always come to you first with a suggested reply. Nothing negative is posted without your approval.
Do I have to give you access to my Google profile?
Only if you want replies posted for you. Otherwise you get drafts to paste in yourself.
Can it reply to old reviews too?
Yes. We can work through your backlog of unanswered reviews when we set it up.
What does it cost?
The audit is free. It's part of our Grow package at $500 a month plus a one-time $2,000 setup, or on its own it's $300 a month plus a one-time $1,200 setup. Setup can be split across your first three months. You'll know the exact price before anything is built. See all packages.
