All-in AI Department: everything that's included
Every package together, plus appointment reminders and a scheduling assistant, run as one system by one team that reports to you every month.
For owners who want the whole front office handled, not one piece at a time.
Everything in these three packages, plus the two services below.
Appointment reminders
Customers get a reminder the day before with the arrival window and a one-tap way to confirm or reschedule, then a "tech on the way" text with the tech's name and arrival estimate. Fewer wasted trips, fewer surprised customers.
How it works
- A visit is booked in your scheduling software or calendar.
- The day before, the customer gets a reminder: date, arrival window, confirm or reschedule.
- Reschedules are handled by the AI (it offers open times) or passed to your office.
- When the tech heads out, the customer gets an on-the-way text with name and ETA.
- After the visit it can hand off to review requests or invoice reminders.
Reminders can also ask for gate codes and for pets to be inside.
What we need from you
- Where your appointments live
- Your arrival windows and how far ahead to remind
- How techs will mark on-the-way (your dispatch tool, or a simple tap)

Scheduling assistant
Handles the back-and-forth of scheduling: reschedule requests, cancellations, and filling the gaps they leave. When a slot opens up, it offers it to the next waiting customer so your day stays full.
How it works
- A customer asks to move or cancel, by text, chat or after a reminder.
- The assistant offers open times that fit your rules (travel zones, tech skills, job length) and updates the booking.
- When a slot opens, it offers the time to customers on your waitlist or with flexible bookings.
- Anything unusual, like a multi-day job or a VIP customer, goes to your office.
- You see the day's changes in one view, and your calendar stays the source of truth.
Part of the All-in AI Department. It can run alongside your office staff, not instead of them.
What we need from you
- Your scheduling tool or calendar
- Your rules: zones, job lengths, which techs do what
- Who should be told about which changes

Questions people ask us
What exactly do I get for the money?
Every service in the three packages (ten services) plus appointment reminders and a scheduling assistant, run as one system. The monthly fee covers running all of it, reviewing the logs, a monthly report and one improvement every month. Pricing is $1,500 a month plus a one-time $4,500 setup, which can be split across your first three months.
Is everything set up at once?
No. We roll it out in an order that makes sense for your business, usually calls and leads first, then quotes and invoices, then reviews and reminders, so your team isn't learning twelve things in one week.
What does "one improvement every month" mean?
Each month we look at the logs and the numbers and make one meaningful change: a better message, a new rule, a new connection, a fix for something customers kept asking. You see it in the report.
Can I move up to this later?
Yes. Many owners start with one package and move to All-in once they've seen the first one pay off. Setup you've already paid for counts toward it.
