Review requests that ask every customer for a Google review after every job

Happy customers rarely think to leave a review on their own. A friendly text at the right moment, with a link straight to your Google profile, makes it easy.

Why asking matters

When someone needs a plumber or an electrician, they search, compare the businesses that come up, and look at the reviews. Your work might be excellent, but if your Google profile has a handful of old reviews, the company with fresh ones gets the call.

Most satisfied customers will happily leave a review. They just don't think of it, and by the time they might, the job is a week behind them. The fix is simple: ask every customer, at the right moment, and make it one tap.

How it works

  1. A job is marked complete in your software, or by your team with a quick tap.
  2. That evening, the customer gets a thank-you text from your business with a direct link to your Google review page.
  3. If they haven't left one after a few days, they get one gentle reminder. Then it stops.
  4. If they reply with a problem, it goes straight to you so you can make it right.

What the messages look like

The evening after the job

"Hi James, thanks for choosing Sonoran Electric today! If you have a minute, a quick Google review helps a small business like ours a lot: [your review link]"

Three days later, only if needed

"Hi James, just a friendly nudge in case you missed our last text. Your review would mean a lot: [your review link]. Thanks again!"

The business name above is an example. Every message uses your name and wording you approve.

Ask everyone, the way Google requires

Some review tools ask customers how the job went first and only send the happy ones to Google. That practice is called review gating, and Google's policies don't allow businesses to selectively ask for positive reviews or to offer rewards in exchange for them. Getting caught can cost you reviews you earned honestly.

So we set it up the right way: every customer gets the same request. If someone replies with a complaint, you hear about it right away and get a chance to fix it, but the review link is never hidden from anyone.

What we need from you

  • A way to know when jobs are finished: your field-service software if we can connect to it, or a simple tap for your team
  • Your Google Business Profile review link
  • How you'd like the messages to sound

We confirm which of your tools we can connect to during the free audit, before you commit to anything.

What you see

Your monthly report shows how many requests went out and what changed on your Google profile, plus any customer replies that needed your attention.

What it costs

Free audit. $500/mo in Grow (+ $2,000 setup).

We build it, connect it to the tools you already use, and run and improve it every month. Or start with one service: on its own it's $300 a month plus a one-time $1,200 setup. Setup can be split across your first three months. Pay-for-results plans available: a small monthly base plus a fee per booked job.

FAQ

Review request questions

Is automating review requests allowed by Google?

Yes, asking customers for reviews is fine. What Google doesn't allow is selectively asking only happy customers, or offering rewards for reviews. We ask every customer the same way.

What if a customer is unhappy?

Their reply comes straight to you, so you can call them and make it right. We never block anyone from leaving a review.

Can it ask for reviews on Yelp or Facebook too?

We focus on Google. Yelp asks businesses not to solicit reviews, so we don't automate requests there.

How many messages does a customer get?

One thank-you with the review link, and at most one reminder. Then it stops.

What does it cost?

The audit is free. It's part of our Grow package at $500 a month plus a one-time $2,000 setup, or on its own it's $300 a month plus a one-time $1,200 setup. Setup can be split across your first three months. You'll know the exact price before anything is built. See all packages.
