Quote follow-up that chases every estimate until you get a yes or a no
Plenty of quotes never get a no. They just go quiet. An AI agent keeps the conversation going, so the job doesn't drift to whoever called back.
Why quotes go quiet
You walk the job, write a careful estimate, and send it over. Then nothing. The customer isn't saying no. They're busy, they're checking with a spouse, they have a question about financing, or they meant to reply and forgot. Meanwhile you're on the next job, and following up on every open quote is the first thing that slips.
A quote that nobody follows up on is a quote that goes to whoever did. A consistent, friendly check-in is often all it takes to get a decision either way, and a clear no is still better than not knowing.
How it works
- You send a quote the way you already do.
- The agent checks in on a schedule you choose, for example two days later, then five, then ten.
- It answers the simple questions using information you've approved, like what's included or when you could start.
- It passes the real questions to you: anything about price changes, scope or technical details comes straight to your phone.
- When they decide, it stops. A yes gets a link to approve or a time to book. A no gets a polite thank-you, and the quote is closed.
What the messages look like
"Hi Maria, it's Valley Roofing. Just checking you got the quote for the roof repair. Happy to answer any questions."
Customer: "Does the price include hauling away the old shingles?"
Agent: "It does: tear-off and haul-away are included. Want me to hold a start date for you?"
"Hi Maria, we'll close out this quote for now so we're not bugging you. If you want to go ahead later, just reply here."
The names above are examples. Every message uses your business name, your tone, and wording you approve.
What it never does
- No pressure tactics. No fake deadlines and no "price goes up tomorrow" unless that's genuinely true and you've told it to say so.
- No discounts on its own. It only offers what you've approved.
- No endless chasing. It stops after the last check-in, and immediately if the customer asks it to.
Where the quotes come from
Most home service companies send estimates from field-service or estimating software, and some send them by email or text. We connect to the tool you already use wherever we can, and we confirm exactly what's possible during the free audit. If a direct connection isn't possible, a simple way for your team to mark "quote sent" works too.
What you see
Every quote shows up in one place: open, followed up, won or lost. Your monthly report shows how many quotes got a decision, how many came back to life after a check-in, and what we're improving next.
Quote follow-up questions
Will it annoy my customers?
Not if it's done right. The check-ins are short, friendly and spaced out, they stop as soon as the customer decides, and they stop immediately if the customer asks.
Can it offer a discount to close the deal?
Only if you approve it ahead of time. By default it never changes your price.
What if the customer has a technical question?
It answers only what you've approved and passes anything else to you with the context, so you can reply quickly.
Does it work with my estimating software?
We connect to many common tools, and we confirm exactly what works with your setup during the free audit, before you commit to anything.
What does it cost?
The audit is free. It's part of our Win and Get Paid package at $500 a month plus a one-time $2,500 setup, or on its own it's $300 a month plus a one-time $1,200 setup. Setup can be split across your first three months. You'll know the exact price before anything is built. See all packages.
